<p>I'm guessing no way... don't they realize the people with 4.3 UC GPAs and 2300 SATs usually only apply because they're insecure? I'd consider this my "fairly safe match," but I love to go! With a good scholarship, I'd be there in a heartbeat</p>

<p>Also I'm out-of-state, but with UCSB, OOSers can get regents right? I know UCLA makes in an in-stater thing. Anyway...</p>

<p>I had stronger stats than you, and was in-state, and I didn't get Regents (pretty much the same schedule too). I dunno how much that could change this year though.</p>
