I hope to attend Northwestern. However I am also considering:

University of Chicago, Cornell, University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, & Case Western

Which other colleges do you think I match up with? Thanks

I hope to attend Northwestern but I also consider:

U Chicago, John Hopkins, Case Western, U Michigan, U Penn, Cornell, UCSD

Do I have any chances? Also, which other colleges would you recommend? Thank you for all advise :)

I would say you’re in at Northwestern.

Really!? Anyone else? I’m very curious. I wasn’t sure if I had any chance of matching up with other students thinking of NU.

bump bump…

bump

what about CORNELL or U CHICAGO?

Likely for Cornell. Univ. of Chicago students are somewhat “self-selecting”, and, as you are well qualified, you are very likely to be admitted to Chicago. Northwestern is highly likely if you apply early decision, less so if you apply RD even though you clearly are qualified. In at UCSD, Case Western and Michigan. Also, you are a strong candidate for admission to Johns Hopkins. What do you plan to study? Are you considering Notre Dame, Washington Univ. in St. Louis or Duke?

Well I’m surprised! Yes, I’m applying ED for NU :)

I plan on majoring in psychology and I have thought about Washington Univ. in St. Louis. I didn’t think I had a chance at Duke. I wanted to go to ND as a freshman, but not anymore.

Yo!.. u are ED-ing Northwestern too?!!
SAME HERE..but I am still fluctuating between..Cornell and Northwestern
CLEARLY both of them are super good schools ( LAST MINUTE )
but i am being a bit superficious…just becoz Cornell is a part of Ivy League so it appeals more to me.
BUT I want city life..that’s why I am ED-ing Northwestern..
What’s your reason for ED NU then!!!
I really hope to hear from you!

Looks good, but GPA is a little shaky. And 8th grade achievements don’t count.

Write good essays for Chicago!

ed1229-

That what I was worrying about: GPA. I think my essays are good. Are teacher recommendations also very important for NU?

kakalittlestarz-
Yay! You’re also EDing NU! I admire both Cornell and NU but I am leaning towards NU. (city life & better psychology dept) What do you want to major in?

I thot of Chemistry in the A&S college
but then I think the McCormick Engineering suits my character more..I mean.I am quite an active girl LOL
I have chosen ..Chem Eng at last..
I am done..JUST CLICKED the common app and paid for it.you?
