Any chance opions appreciated re these colleges

I'm trying to help advise a good friend regarding his daughter's chances at some colleges. Here are her stats:

Hispanic female in Wisconsin
3.9 gpa unweighted from normal public high school
ACT 33
SAT 740, 740, 700w
SAT Subj: 800 Spanish, 740 math I, 700 German
AP: Spanish 5, World History 4, English Language 4

Varsity letters in 3 sports, captain in 2 of them
Decent other EC's (National Honor Society, Model UN, etc)
Good letters and essays
Probably majoring in English or History

Please give any insights about chances at:
Harvard
Yale
Penn
Dartmouth
Northwestern
Vanderbilt
Georgetown
Notre Dame
Cornell
Boston College
Michigan
Virginia

Ok…I’m sorry I misspelled “opinion” in the thread title. I’d appreciate it if someone can can give even a wild guess.

The Ivy-league schools are basically a crapshoot for anyone. So it’s hard to say. It could really go either way. She has a good chance at Vanderbilt, G Town, Notre Dame, BC, Michigan, and Virgina. Being Hispanic will definitely help (affirmative action FTW).

ivys will be reaches if you dont have e.c.s that stand out. make an effort to distinguish yourself the other schools you will get into no prob i think.
