Awards? Captain of basketball team shouldn't be as rare as you make it out to be since that is one of the few sports Asians play. You're applying to a lot of public schools that aren't going to favor you since you're OOS. EC's are average, but enough. GPA discrepancy could be considered a crap shoot. If thats a cumulative GPA, and your school, like most schools, doesn't allow freshman to take APs, I would assume that helps since most schools emphasize sophomore year and junior year more. If you're weighing a lot of your honors classes however, chances are they won't count.

NYU Stern
University of Michigan-Reach (OOS)
University of Virginia-Reach (OOS)
University of North Carolina-Reach (OOS)
Emory-Reach
Northwestern-Reach
University of Illinois-Slight Reach
Cornell-Reach

My guess is the higher SAT scores will improve your chances over what some people on here think:

Rutgers pharmacy program--Match
NYU Stern--Match
University of Michigan (OOS)--Match
University of Virginia (OOS)--Slight Reach to Reach
University of North Carolina (OOS)--Match to Slight Reach
Emory--Slight Reach to Reach
Northwestern--Reach
University of Illinois (OOS)--Match
Cornell--Reach

Unless you are being recruited for basketball in college, it doesn't make a large impact. Have you won state championships?
