Any chance I could get into a great school like Columbia, Stanford, Duke, or Chicago? Or what school (good schools, or Florida schools [those are the colleges/universities I'm interested in with biomed major or prelaw studies]) do you think I could get into?

Honestly I don’t think you have that great of a chance unless you get a 34 ACT or ~2300 SAT; then you’d be competitive.

You could get into Miami with a pretty good merit scholarship. You should be looking at schools around USNews’ top 30 for a good chance.

Well, obviously Ivies/ Duke/ U Chic are all reaches 4 everybody. Your stats are pretty solid, and will be even better if you can get good retakes. Your EC’s are a little weaker, just based on what you have given, but if you have more that you haven’t mentioned, that can change the outlook!

I live in WI so I recommend UW-madison, a top 30 school that has a lower tuition. You have high chances of getting in there!

And I wish you the best of luck :D.

What are my chances of going to Stanford? I got a 2250 on the SAT, I raised thousands of dollars for a global cause and founded two clubs in my school. I have over 350+ hours of community service.

uhm i don’t think your chances are too good, but you should apply to maybe 2-3 of those if they’re your dream schools. just don’t forget safeties. I’d recommend you look at schools like Brandeis and BU  i’m applying to those and while they’re good schools they’re easier to get into  chance back if you want http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1532897-linguistics-chances-updated.html#post16206981
