Please give any helpful feedback/criticism, and tell me if you or anyone you know have had similar stats and been accepted/rejected for the Haverford colleges. Thanks so much!

I say you have a pretty good chance. My overall SAT and ACT scores were the same as yours and my GPA was similar to yours as well (but my SAT II’s weren’t as good). You seem to have a nice list of ECs too.

Honestly with a school as small as Haverford, your essays will matter a LOT. They really take it into consideration if you will “fit in”, so make sure you put thought and effort into your supplement essays

I agree that your chances are good, but a lot depends on the essays. If you’re a boy, you’re chances are better.

Why do say chances are high for boy?

The trend for many Liberal Arts Colleges is that there are more highly qualified women applying than highly qualified men. You may find the opposite trend at some STEM oriented schools. Generally speaking, more women are enrolling in college than men. <a href=“Gender gap in college enrollment | Pew Research Center”>http://www.pewresearch.org/fact-tank/2014/03/06/womens-college-enrollment-gains-leave-men-behind/

Thanks. May end-up with writing 6-7 essays; not sure when I will get the time. My schools gives tons of homework and almost daily we will have quiz. I wish we had more than 24hrs/day… Summer homework is taking lot of time (15 general writing, math home work, 4 books to read, history home work).
