Any chances for me for MIT?

Dear All,

World History - 800

I take the IB Diploma Program and my predicted grade is 43/45. The following are my subjects:

IB Math HL

IB Economics HL

IB Physics SL

IB English HL

IB French SL

IB History HL

IB Drama SL

I have done a few ECs and Awards:

Head of Model UN club at school

Bronze Award for British National Mathematics Competition

Head of a student-run environmental group

Active Member of Green Peace

Best Delegate Award for Verbal Excellence at MUN Conference

Head of School Awards for Academic Excellence in All Subjects

There are more ECs but I guess this is it for now.

Thanks!

haha, yeah, sure, maybe, if by ‘mit’ you mean morocco institute of technology…

what, did you expect me to be impressed or something?

@mohsanelahi: Coming from a guy who got a 540 on the CR SAT?

yeah, but i don’t think you people have ever had half an hour cut off of your sat because a bomb exploded a block away from your test center…

Your chances are… tough

International pool is always very competitive. I am sure there are other very qualified Indians (international) fighting for like maybe 30-100 spaces at MIT
