Any chcnce at Cornell this year or next?

Here are some stats about my scholastic career so far :
-17 Years Old
-Bilingual Dogwood Diploma (HS Marks: Pretty bad but I had been living in a pretty abusive home so that had something to do with my marks)
-90% avg at Vancouver Community College (Physics 12, Chemistry 12, Math 12)
-2350 SAT score
-Afro-Canadian
-First Gen Canadian - First on family to try to get into Post Secondary
-I believe I'm a capable of playing D1 basketball and email the coach at Cornell and he invited me to a camp this summer and asked me to send him some game tape.

Other than that I've got nothing, should I be applying as a transfer student since I'm at VCC right now or no? And do you have any pointers on some things I can do from now to next year to bolster my application? Should apply at the transfer deadline of March 12 or wait til next year and do some things to bolster my application? Suggestions?
Any help appreciated

wow another vancouverite nice to meet you i go to a high school with a similar name to your school XD
well if you wish to apply while you are at vcc then you are transfer
if after your diplomat, certificate w.e then you can apply as a freshman
sats should help, and if you are taking high school courses at vcc im not too sure…if you should be applying as transfer? sorry you should email or call cornell for this.
your SAT is a clear advantage, and well your ECs , if great, then i dont doubt that you have a great chance.
ofc being a transfer is hard…so might wanna consider applying as freshman…
