So my plan upon entering college is to focus on a classics major, largely because I think it would be good to have regarding there are many career options with a classics major, and I really enjoy all that the classics encompasses (I’ve done a lot with Latin in high school), but I’ve never actually met a classics major or learned what kind of career path they went down. Would any be willing to share their career choice? I know it all comes down to what I’d like to do, which I don’t know yet and I’m not particularly worried about that right now, but I just wanted to see what kind of careers classics majors on this website took!
Thanks!
My D takes Latin in high school and her teacher said the Classics as a major are very good preparation if you want to eventually go to law school. Latin is apparently good prep for taking the LSAT and for learning how to read analytically.
