Any college suggestions? And please chance me

Hi, I am a senior this year, and I am applying to bunch of colleges.
But I still haven't finished deciding my reach schools yet.
I am currently applying to Brandeis, UIUC, Penn State, George Washington, UNC, and Tufts.
My SAT score is a little bit over 2000, but I am taking another SAT this weekend, which I am hoping to get 2200+
I really want to apply to Ivy League schools, but my GPA is killing the chances.
I have 3.4 unweighted GPA and 3.7 weighted.
My freshman and sophomore years killed me because I am an international student, and I wasn't adjusting to the new environment. (3.4 Freshman and 3.3 Sophomore)
But Junior year, I got 3.8 with one AP (APUSH but I did not get a good score in the AP test...) and this year, I am taking 3 APs (AP Lang, AP Calc AB, and AP Gov) and taking AP Physics B and AP Stats because I am learning them and currently studying them by myself. Currently, as a senior, I have 4.4 GPA weighted and 4.0 unweighted (straight A's). Is the fact that my GPA went up constantly going to help me at all and appeal to colleges?
Oh, and I took the SAT Subject tests in Math I(by accident: I was supposed to do Math II but I took Math I and got 780), Math II (800), and Physics (610). Yeah I did not get a good grade in Physics, so I am taking Physics Subject test and Bio Subject test again in January.
I am a photography editor of one of the top yearbooks in the nation, and I won a couple national/international awards for photography. I have been in yearbook since sophomore year and I am a soccer manager for two years. I was in Honors Choir for two years, too.
I know it will be a trouble trying to get into Ivy League, but do you think I should not apply at all? Or do I still have to give a shot?
Please answer!

I think you should apply, your scores look pretty good, but your GPA might be your downfall. Even with your extracurriculars the Ivy’s may still be a reach, but I’m pretty sure you might have a chance at Penn State and Cornell. Harvard or Stanford though… I’m not to sure about. If you feel like you have a chance, I would say do it, better to do it now than regret not doing it later.

The best ivy you have a chance at is cornell. If you applied early you would of had a decent chance, still a reach though.

It sucks that you can’t apply anymore but Berkeley doesn’t factor in 9th grade gpa.

it is a good decision to take physics and bio tests again !!

Brandeis: Reach (but lower than Tufts)
UIUC: Match
Tufts: Reach
UNC-CH: Reach (OOS)/High match (in-state)
GWU: High match
Penn State: Low match/Match
