I was just wondering of your experience at Cornell, particularly as a business major. Are classes challenging? Do you get a lot of work? How are classes?

as an AEM major, i don't like the major all that much, mainly because it's very heavily focused on finance/marketing/accounting. but if you're into it, it'd be awesome for you. i just happen to be more interested in international trade and development and agribusiness management.

classes are what you make of it. as a freshman, they're more tedious than challenging. you'll find that you might end up doing the most amount of work first semester for a 1-credit class (intro to business management case analysis).

Oh really? I'm more into marketing myself. On Cornell's website and everywhere else, I got the vibe that it's more of an agricultural school with a business twist to it. That's good to hear that it's an actual business school as such.

Thanks for the reply!

I'm an AEM minor. It's not really an agricultural school with a business twist to it- it's a legitimate business program. You won't even have to take a single agriculture class. Classes are pretty damn easy. There's not a lot of work, and it's interesting.
