Hi everyone. I was deferred ED from ILR and have yet to hear back. Does anyone know if deferred ILR ED'ers hear back the first week of march or on march 27th?
Any other ED'ers waiting to hear back from ILR?

Thanks

I’m in the same boat and would like to know as well.

@Darthelmet Thanks for replying. How horrible is this wait? Looks like some RD applicants heard back I’m just really hoping for a guaranteed transfer, I know in the past some ED deferrals resulted in it.

It’s agonizing. I was hoping the letter would come today and when I got home from school I stood by our mail slot until the mail came and it wasn’t there. I really hope it comes soon, I can’t handle this for another month.

@Darthelmet Same here. I hope the best works out for us! I’m curious to know how many people were deferred from ILR this year…I saw 2 rejections in the ED results thread, but only 3 deferrals.

Selection bias. Not everyone who applies uses this site, and even if they did I can’t imagine there are that many who would jump at the chance to post about their rejection/defferal.

Has anyone heard of an accepted ILR student this year? I haven’t and am curious.

A few students posted acceptances for ILR on the Cornell RD thread. Letters were received on March 5 and 6. Maybe yours will arrive today. Good luck!
