Does anyone know of any schools that have general engineering programs like at Harvey Mudd, UIUC, and Dartmouth? Thanks!

Can you be more specific? Are you looking for programs that are similar to those at each of the schools your mention because they are quite different. Do you have a particular area of engineering that interests you or a certain region of the country?

Nearly every state flagship university has engineering programs. There are national universities–both public and private and liberal arts schools that have engineering programs.
US News and World Report has a listing of engineering schools broken out by types of degrees conferred–BS or BS, MS and PhD.

I dont want to do a specific engienering program I want to do one like the ones offered at these schools that are multidisciplinary with business mixed in where you learn lessons from alll engineering disciplines

Look on [ABET | Accrediting College Programs in Applied Science, Computing, Engineering and Technology](http://www.abet.org) for ABET accredited Engineering Science degree programs.

Then look at each schools’ web site for details on what such degree programs entail. In some cases, it is a general engineering degree program where you can use electives to customize it into something approximating an electrical, mechanical, etc. degree program. In other cases, it is a degree program like Engineering Physics distinct from electrical, mechanical, etc. degree programs (this is more likely if the school also offers electrical, mechanical, etc. degree programs).

If you want some business mixed in, look also at Engineering Management and Industrial Engineering degree programs.

Jack of all trades …

Maybe Lafayette ¶

Vanderbilt has the Division of General Engineering which offers an Engineering Science major and Engineering Management minor.
