My daughter received her acceptance letter today, which was a shock since she didn't apply EA. She did get her application in quite early, so maybe they decided to review it early (or they think it was an EA app?)
Whatever the reason, it was an unexpected, but welcome, letter.

yup, got my acceptance today. so now i have somewhere to go even if i get rejected everywhere else. relief.

Okay,

There is an envelope here, not thin, but business-sized, awaiting S2! I guess I will have to wait about two hours to know!!

mezzomom and zmonkeytoe,

YEA for your acceptances!

My 17 year old got her acceptance letter today as well. We may have two at Earlham next year. :-)

S2 did get a very nice acceptance letter yesterday, very personalized and courteous. I was also very interested to read the pages they included which share their Quaker principles. Very rich reading.

Congrats momofthree and everyone else! Doddsson just received his acceptance letter today. It was just as you described. They take the time to make each letter individualized, and include a wealth of information about what they are about. There's a lot to like about Ealham!

Doddsdad,

Thanks and congrats to your youngin' in his acceptance. I am more and more impressed by Earlham with everything I read. I reread the Earlham chapter in Colleges That Change Lives, and wished I could have gone there!

got mine too, i liked the sticker on the back of the envelope.

Got mine today.
:)

Today I got a letter informing me that I got a total of 10k in merit money (40k over the four years). Now my parents really want me to go to Earlham, heheh.

hopefully i will get one of those letters tomorrow... 10 grand sounds pretty good right about now

Gloaming,

Congratulations to you!! Way to gooooo!

My letter just came today and I'm in! Yippee!

Shadow,
