<p>My Financial Aid Status is still conditional, and my schedule didnt come out yet.
So I cant accept Direct loans and Cal Grant. They said i have to enroll as at least half-time students. I am a full time student!</p>

<p>I think we all are having this problem; I emailed the financial aid office with an inquiry in regards to the enrollment dilemma and I have yet to have received a reply.</p>

<p>CARS issues e-bills near the end of each month and they are nominally due on the 15th of the next month. </p>
<p>Your first e-bill was already generated and is due Aug 15th. </p>
<p>In real life, most find that one can pay a bit later than the 15th with no material consequence.</p>
