Any Good PhD Applicant Sites?

<p>For the pre-meds, there's mdapplicants.com, and for the pre-business folks, I found this gem: <a href="http://www.clearadmit.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.clearadmit.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p>

<p>But where's the love for the Ph.D. applicants who seek to impart intimate knowledge of the admissions game to each other? Why hasn't a wiki or something of the sort been set up to help us out? Anyone know of any? Otherwise, boo!</p>

<p>I'm in Bioengineering. I checked out that site, thanks for the link. I don't think I found anyone else applying to my field hehe. I found this site from there, though:</p>

<p>It seems OK, a little slow and disorganized though, which I guess can only be expected since there are so many grad schools and so many departments.</p>

<p>Late last night I experimented with making a wiki myself:</p>

<p>It'll likely be a failed endeavor hehe. But it was fun making it nonetheless lol.</p>

<p>I think that if you start a thread on that LiveJournal community, you might find more applicants with similar interests. The physical science types don't post as often as the liberal arts folks. Also, keep in mind that a number of those posts are "friends only", so you might not see them all.</p>
