Any have Polyphasic sleep patterns?

I'm sure if you looked around the web or watched Seinfeld with Kramer you heard about it. (wiki has a good diagram)

For example every 4 hours a guy sleeps/naps for 20 minutes. Thats 22 hours of the day you could spend on whatever.

Most people would like to get the most of out of their life, and less sleep-more waking life would attract people.

I had 8 hours of sleep last night and now I'm already ready to the hit the sack...

Any successful guys doing this?

Probably not with school and work and all, but I’m willing to bet that a lot of high-school-taking-APs/IB and college students practice biphasic.

I was ready to try a polyphasic sleep schedule, but I was going to do it with someone I’m not really friends with anymore. I may try in college since that seems like it’d be a more reasonable time to make it work.
