Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello all!
Like most, I am a senior applying for college soon and I'm afraid of reaching too high or settling too low.
Here is a little about me:

IB diploma candidate with 6 APs (schools allows you to take AP tests)
3.1 UW/3.9 W/3.65 UC (yes, UW is low.) top 10 percent
32 ACT

President of Youth and Government program
President/founder of model UN program
President Interfaith Society
Vice President of Class
VP in Junior World Affairs Council
Philosophy club

several regional Model UN awards
Mock trial team placed in state 3 years
Qualified for national competition last year
Over 200 hours of comm service
My essays really show my commitment to mock trial and the field of law
Law related major
Teacher Rec is great
My current schools of choice are UNC-CH (oos), Miami U, Boston U, Northeastern, UCLA, UCSB, Penn state,
Am I reaching too high? Could anyone possibly give me schools I should be reaching for with my credentials? My GPA is killing me, but I can't let that bring me down. Any help would be appreciated so much. Thanks :)

I will only comment on California schools.

UCLA/UCB: Reach (Your ACT score is competitive, but it will not make up for the GPA.)
UCSB: High Match (UCSB likes higher test scores vs. GPA and tends to be more holisitic)
I would add UCD or UCI as high matches and UCSC as a match to the list if you are in-state California.

Thank you for the input! I will add them to my list.

bump :)
