<p>Good point! So my son's last failed attempt (a few minutes ago) was actually half and hour early, not half an hour late.</p>
<p>Last year was 3 Eastern, not Central. If it's not up by 4 my guess is not today.</p>

<p>Yeah, it's nice how places like Harvard and Duke give exact hours of posting decisions.</p>
<p>yeah, and whats even more nerve-wracking for us internationals is that they are sending fedexes to only those who are gonna get accepted. I sit outside on the balcony during the day (waiting for the truck), and inside (on CC) during the night. And you know what, I just broke down today because I realised I might not be accepted from anywhere since I've applied for aid despite the fact that I've worked sooo hard and struggled sooo much! :(</p>
