<p>Has anyone heard when the Byrd scholarships for this current semester are being disbursed? FinAid doesn't seem to know and I can't get any answers from the TX Educ Board. First it was this last summer, then it was Sept., then definitely Oct., then promised Nov., and now it's Dec. and the end of the semester. Indiana, California, and New York got theirs last month. What's the deal with TX?</p>
