Any ideas of a good college for me?

I have just finished 10th grade and I am from southern New York. I don't think I'll be able to venture too far from New York for college. Colleges that I am currently interested in include Swarthmore, Kenyon, William & Mary (definitely a reach), and SUNY Binghamton. I want to major in Linguistics or English and minor in French or Environmental Studies. I am moderately liberal but also religious, and I would like to go to a college that has students like that.

If anyone wants to help me find a good college, here are my stats:

-I am in the World Language Honor Society.
-In my high school career, I will have taken 5 AP classes: Global History, English Language, English Literature, French, and Environmental Science.
-I have been a Girl Scout since 1998 and I am going to get the Gold Award within 2 years.
-I have been in the French Club and Literary Magazine at my school. I will be the editor-in-chief of the Literary Magazine next year.
-On my PSATs, I got a 660 in Reading, 530 in Math, and a 670 in Writing. I didn't really study for the PSATs, but I will study hard for the real SATs.
-I tutor for an hour every Tuesday this summer and am trying to get a job at the library.
-I don't know my GPA, but my average for high school so far is about a 90.
-I get very good grades in French (99), English (92), and Sociology (97). This year, I got crummy grades in AP Global (about a 75) and Math B (about a 72).

If anyone would like to help me figure out this whole college search thing, I would greatly appreciate your help.
