<p>Did smeal go down in the new graduate ranking by usnews?</p>
<p>Not really sure about that. According to U.S. news 2007 Smeal is ranked no. 18 for best business programs.</p>
<p>The 2008 graduate rankings have been released and smeal is now # 34-- i wonder why.</p>
<p>From Smeal's website. Smeal grad is moving up ( #34 - although it has a long way to go). Undergrad was ranked #18 in 2007 - 2008 rankings are not published until August. </p>
<p>"Penn State's Smeal College of Business rose four spots to 34th overall and 17th among publicly supported business schools in this year's edition of U.S. News & World Report's "America’s Best Graduate Schools," out today.
The publication also ranks Smeal sixth in the nation in the discipline-specific category of Supply Chain/Logistics.
Smeal advanced in this year's rankings from its positions last year of 18th among publics, 38th overall, and seventh in Supply Chain/Logistics.</p>
