<p>How did you guys pay for the application fee online? It requests a state, and since I’m international I don’t have one… What did you guys enter for state?</p>

<p>Also, do you know if they’ll accept SAT CR scores in lieu of the English proficiency tests they require? I got 760 so it shows I’m fully fluent in English.</p>

<p>I have received the admission while I am a transfer student to enroll in the spring semester.
It’s hard to make the decision between PSU & UMN.</p>
