Just as the title goes...

UR told all my friends a week before that they will be admitted if they can pay the full-cover, but I hear nothing from UR till now.

There are internationals who were admitted and received money, but I don’t if any of them are on CC. . .

I haven’t receive mine yet. Does that mean I am rejected? Have all the admits for internationals been sent out?

BTW, I’m in Mainland China. I keep checking the e-mails all the time. I was wondering if there is someone lucky enough from China being accepted.

Anyone outside America heard back from UR? Accepted or rejected? Please tell me where you are from. I’m too anxious to calm down. Oh my dearest UR!

I’m in China too. Maybe we are just those who get FA. Keep waiting. Good luck

I got my decision like a couple of weeks ago…Im from Pakistan…even though i got accepted, UR isn’t offering any financial aid to internation students…!! Its was my first choice college

to clarify–UR has offered aid to about 60 international students. I’m sorry that krakenjack wasn’t among them, but I do want you all to understand that quite a few international students DO receive aid from UR.

I’m working on getting an answer to those of you who have PM’d me. If you haven’t gotten a decision from us, please e-mail intladm@richmond.edu to ask your status. The person who answers that account has quicker access to that information than I do. Please don’t contact us both, though, as that sends us chasing each other around looking for files and spending twice as much time to get you an answer.

hey…krakenjack…I got into UR but without aid…I have to send them International Student Financial Certification to the tune of $53,660… I’m from India…

Hey guys! I am international and got in with aid, but as a Richmond Scholar. I think this is pretty much the only way we, internationals, can get a lot of aid from UR. But in my humble opinion, given that the competition for international students asking for aid is so big, any international qualified enough to be accepted with huge financial aid would also qualify for Richmond Scholars.

So for future applicants seeking aid, do yourself a favor and apply in time for the scholarship (by Dec 15th). Otherwise, I doubt there is much aid available, as qualified as you are. On top of that, you get a free trip to US for the interview. I did and it was amazing!
