<p>I'm a freshman at stanford right now and Ive already applied to SULI and NASA USRP for summer research. I'm trying to find out if there are any other research programs or internships perhaps that take freshman still available. I'll try to keep looking for positions here, but so far it seems like the deadlines for most programs have passed.</p>
<p>Most program deadlines probably have passed for the summer. Your best bet would be looking for something privately, something that isn't formalized into an official program, or looking into companies that don't advertise internships.</p>
