Any Interviews in India?

Has anyone received an interview in India?

no… you?

Yes, I received an interview-call.

Thoroughly enjoyed…it was this Monday.

@HCaulfield- Would you mind sharing with us in which city you live in India?

@HCaulfied - also about when did you submit your app?

Hey

I wouldn’t mind. Why would I? I live in Hyderabad. And was interviewed over the phone by a lady who works in Mumbai.

I submitted my app on October 31st :stuck_out_tongue: I know, I know. Irresponsible and all…but phir bhi, I’ve always been the last-minute thak obsess over it type guy  Can’t change that at short notice.

hi sorry for being nosy…about how long did it last?

It was a phone thing.

47 minutes. exactly.

Hello everyone!

I got an interview call today. The person who is in-charge of reading Indian applications wrote to me and suggested Skype since there were no interviewers available here in India. We scheduled it for this coming Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed! *phew!

But not getting an interview call is not a thing to sweat about! They very clearly say on their website that since their is a shortage of interviewers, not everyone gets an interview.

Nonetheless, best of luck to all!

@boa- Great job. Getting in interview is definitely a good sign. Can you please share your stats with us?

Hello,
really sorry to bring this here, but i really need help.
i am currently in class 12 and will be appearing for the boards exams this march.I was unfortunate to realize my aim just 3 months back and hence i am striving hard for it.
i want to pursue a bachelor course in mechanical engineering in a good Ivy league school

fortunately i am involved in tons of extracurricular activities and have also been the vice head boy of my school last year.my academic record isnt that great. apart from my class 10 th boards i dont have a good score in past 3 years. my hopes are high for these board exams. i scored a mediocre 70% in my preboards. i dont expect to get in these universities as a freshman hence i am planning to apply through a transfer and i wanted the details about the same.
please tell me about the exams, academic requirements, and any thing else that may be essential for transfer.
consider Harvard, MIT, Stanford etc while listing the information.
i am desperate to get admission and i am ready to do anything for it.
