<p>So, Penn doesn't give international students the option to pay their enrollment deposit electronically. To make matters worse, I can't send money orders to Philadelphia from the city I live in. The only option I had was to pay by wire transfer, which I did, like a week ago. But the applicant portal and admission website keep saying that my enrollment deposit is "not paid". Being 10 days away from the deadline, I'm starting to get worried =(... Maybe they didn't receive my payment? Maybe they're too busy to update?
aaah but where did the money go D= ?! I've sent e-mails, but I haven't gotten answers.</p>
<p>Is anybody going through the same frustrating situation?
