ffr, this was achieved by googling “[ivy league school name]+‘double major’ or ‘double concentration’”
Double majors are common at Penn and Dartmouth, and about 20% at Brown do a double major, though a 5th year may be required in some cases. They are doable at Columbia, but difficult due to the core curriculum, and may require a 5th year. They are not allowed at Harvard, though a minor is. I’m not sure about Cornell.
Double majors were possible, but not very common, at Yale 35 years ago. My wife did one, although really it was a case of switching majors, then learning that she could complete both majors if she took one more course and wrote another senior essay. I did know a few other people who double majored, but the senior essay requirement (which I think was more universal then) was a serious impediment.
Princeton, I believe, does not permit double majors because of its senior thesis requirement, but it’s easy to get “certificates” which are more or less equivalent to minors. Back in my day, Yale did not have minors, but it does now.
At some schools, including Yale, you can create an interdisciplinary major.
Although they have been proposed, I don’t think Yale currently has minors.
