I’m gonna have to agree with @noel597 on the fact that your EC list is long and raises the question of whether you’re dedicated to those activities. Being in a 4000 student school is just making excuses. Getting leadership positions is hard anywhere. I know that if college see that you’re in a bunch of ECs but no leadership or significant achievements they’ll see you as a resume builder and throw your application in the trash. I suggest that you cut down a few ECs and focus on the remaining. Get some positions and do something big.

Oh and your college choice. Do you even know what you want to do? You can’t just apply to Ivies because they’re big name schools. KNOW WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. Because I know that the engineering program at UC Berkeley or Urbana Champaign is far better that the engineering program at Harvard or Princeton. Also factor in location.

As for your chances, fix your ECs and you should have a chance. Be a dedicated person rather than someone who spreads themselves out too thin.

Personally, I would never structure my ECs only so as to get admitted to college. Participate in what you want to participate in, because you want to, and do it the way you want to. Be involved because you want to be involved, not because it will help you get into college. Besides, admissions boards can see right through such strategies.
