<p>I'd like to buy a gift for an incoming Haverford freshman. Will go with the default Amazon gift card if I have to, but would prefer to come up with something more specific to the Haverford experience.</p>
<p>If you are a Haverford student or the parent of one, can you think of a restaurant a gift certificate would really come in handy?</p>
<p>Wawa, definitely. It isn’t a restaurant, but Haverford students go there at all hours of the day on a regular basis, and the gift card will be used up quickly I can assure you. The main draw is the freshly-made hoagies, in my opinion, but they also have tons of snacks and some tasty baked goods.</p>
<p>For something a bit more special I personally really like Silk Cuisine. It’s a Thai restaurant half-way between Haverford and Bryn Mawr.</p>
<p>I’m sure everyone has very different preferences but if my S ventures off campus it will most likely be to Chipotle (2 or 3 blocks from the HCAs).</p>
