It's been almost a month since My D received her "likely," and I was wondering if any out there received any email/snailm regarding Dimensions weekend. Sure, better for Dartmouth to wait until official acceptances are out to dilvulge more details, but it would sure be nice to have any news so as to help plan travel and lodging.

i believe it’s from the 19th-21th of april.
i found out through the video on the dartmouth chat thing.

p.s congrats to your daughter definitely jealous right now!

@acha2012

Thx. Heck, to be honest, I’m a little envious(but in a harmless way, more like happy for her). She had a plan and we helped her stick to it. When I was her age I had no plan and no help and while I enjoyed where I went to school(I met her mother there!), there’s nothing better at that time in life then having OPTIONS. It’s all we ever wanted for her and now that she has them I’m kind of in shock and the one thing I don’t envy is having to make her final decision . . .

p.s. We’re aware of the dates but I was wondering more about the times of the events and such as that will be “preview week” and we have alot of travelling and events to attend that week.

wow that’s great! good for her
i’m sure it’ll be tough facing decisions from all these great colleges!!
it seems like every time there’s a thread about likelies, you’re there =P

just out of curiosity, would you mind posting stats for your daughter? i understand if you dont though…or just why YOU think your daughter got a bunch of them?

kagnpwasoginapg so nervous! counting down till the end of march :)

acha2012, I too am curious about Downeasterdad’s D’s likely letters…

DowneasterDad: Congratulations to your D as well. Now I know that she and my S have both applied to Amherst and Dartmouth, at a minimum, although he has not received any Early Writes, other than a couple of official EAs. Add me to the list of those interested in where your D has been accepted.
