I live ~15 mins away from USC, and nothing today. Of course, I might not get anything anyway.

Nothing came here today in SoCal. Hopefully others are luckier!

Nothing in the OC today, but like Isurus, not sure if anything is coming anyway :(

“Nothing in the OC today, but like Isurus, not sure if anything is coming anyway”

Same here, also in Orange County.

Nothing for me today… (Orange County)

Everyday only brings more anxiety…no news (norcal )

My D received an e-mail today from DHL saying that she has a package on the way. We are in South America. The tracking info shows it is from LA and says scholarship/admissions packet!! It was sent today, so hopefully those in CA will hear tomorrow.

^ !!!

It has begun :)

pamayawaa, you have real news there - maybe you should start a thread saying something like “DHL from USC admissions - International Applicant”

Congrats on being the first to post the exciting news (And on the scholarship candidacy )

Thanks, Alamemom! She’s a little nervous about saying anything until she actually sees the package.

The funny thing is that being overseas we are usually the last to hear and I check cc to get the news. It’s fun to be first for a change. Others will have their packet in hand before us though, as it will probably take 2 - 3 days to get here.

Packet in hand or not, congrats pamayawaa!!! And good luck to everyone else.

do you think it will be in OC by tomorrow?!?! very exciting news!!!

hey pamaya,
ask your D if she can check her USC connect. if she goes on the “events” tab, is there an option for “explore USC”?

@childish- Under my “Events” tab I only have “Meet USC” and “Campus Walking Tour.” :(

Wow! I’m in Northern California and now very nervous for tomorrow.

childish - no tab for explore USC, just the regular campus visit

@crazypants-- last year Northern Cal got stuff the day after So Cal each time things were sent out. Don’t be worried if your mail box is empty tomorrow and So Cal kids report getting those wonderful packages!

Crazy Pants, me too! Except my friend’s cousin who lives in central California where I am got his acceptance and interview info last year at the beginning of February, so sometimes it works out a bit weird!

I received my acceptance letter today in person from Kirk Brennan, the Director of Admissions. He said that my house was on the way home, so he stopped by. It was a huge surprise. I am now a Trustee Scholar candidate!

wow congratulations jacobstudent!

megga congratulations!!!
