<p>Hey, to all of you who applied for the merit scholarship consideration (dec. 1), when did you get your email to set up the USConnect account?</p>
<p>@Seahawks506 I got that email on the 23rd of January.</p>
<p>“If you haven’t recieved a package about the scholarship at this point, does that mean that you definitely didn’t get in? I’m for southern orange county and applied under the business.”</p>
<p>It seems like it…SoCal resident here and nothing 
but several people I know received mail. Oh well</p>
<p>Still waaaaaay early…I’m in SoCal and refuse to be bummed out until next week.

<p>@racedad: Same here! Heck, one of my best friend who is super smart didn’t get anything yet, and I’d be shocked if she didn’t receive a scholarship, so there’s a chance for me yet!</p>
<p>According to the other threat, the “Explore USC” tab should be on USConnect now if you received the scholarship… :/</p>
<p>Thanks for the heads up on the Explore tab: We are so very very happy DS was admitted and is a trustee scholar candidate! He is sooooooo excited. He applied to film production in the school of cinematic arts.</p>
<p>I don’t see the tab :(. Deferred from Yale, no scholarship from USC, no other college offers yet… This college application season was much sourer than I expected…</p>
<p>Swimfreak001, based on everything I have read, not having the tab does not mean that you won’t get a scholarship. USC does this stuff in waves. I am in the same boat, and am going to give it a couple more days until I give up.</p>

<p>Son just got USC admissions packet in the mail, but no mention of scholarship. Excited about admission, but don’t think we can swing it without one of the big scholarships Got FAFSA report back and we’re not eligible for financial aid. Congratulations to all who have been admitted!</p>
<p>I live in Athens, GA and I just got my acceptance letter and was selected as a Trustee finalist. Very exciting, congrats and good luck to all others!</p>

<p>I don’t see anything that says anything specifically about Explore USC, but it does have a box “RSVP for Admitted Student Programs” box, which I think is new? And they took down my “Mid-Year Grade Reports” box.</p>

I’m still keeping hope for being one of the later waves!</p>
<p>Just talked to my counselor, she said their should be a lot coming out in the next week. However, she’s also had students who receive scholarships later in Feb and March</p>
