<p>Ha i'm 24 too man, going to apply as a sophmore. I would not consider myself "old"... though it's a scary thought to meet someone who is like 18-19 and realize they where in like 7th grade when you where a senior in high school. Even more odd when it's someone attractive of the oppossite sex, because it would have been creepy then.. not really now ha! ok that was random... :)</p>

<p>I'll be 29 in May, and am a junior transfer. I have applied to SIUC, U of Illinois, U of Virginia, James Madison U, and U of Maryland. Finally pulled myself up by the ol' bootstraps and completed a couple years of college. I've grown up enough to realize that I'm tired of drinking Milwaukee's Best Light, instead of finer (and pricier) Beck's. </p>

<p>I'm interested to see how many of us get into the schools we're applying to, relative to our younger counterparts with similar "stats". In other words, whether or not age plays any significant role in decisions.</p>

<p>I just got accepted into CalArts's Film and Video program as a junior. I am finishing up my 4th year at Orange Coast College right now and im 21...so, kinda unconventional. I'm just really excited to be finally going to a school with community.</p>
<p>I can't waitttt to get out of community college. All in all, I've spent about 4 years at these places.</p>
