<p>I am a Transfer Student to A&M but I need some scholarship to get Instate Tuition rate. I have looked for everything out there but there is barely any scholarship for Transfer STudents and Me being an INternational Student makes it even harder. So AGGIE TRANSFER SCH0OLARSHIP IS my only hope. ANy one have any info about it..like if any one has received it for this fall...or how many of these scholarships are awarded?</p>
