Something that would prepare you to manage a technology company or become a project manager at one.
I would eventually like to become a CTO which is why I have been looking at getting an B.S in CompSci and Computer Information System and getting a MBA to give me the technology and business background I may need for such a job.

I know Hass has a Management of Technology program.

I would argue that the MIT Sloan School of Management is rather focused on technology. According to USNews, the Sloan School holds top rankings in numerous technical management subdisciplines including in information technology management which seems to be your focus.

Harvard/Wharton/Stanford would all help you accomplish your objectives.

I would particularly look into MIT, Carnegie Mellon and all of the top programs in California. Those programs should have a high number of students interested in technology and should offer the most opportunities.
