any premeds out there that can help me out?

Please answer at least the premed question. I understand if you dont want to answer the chances part, but please dont not reply just because you dont want to answe the chances part.

Can anyone comment on berkeley's premed/predent and how good it is and such? I really want to know because this is the biggest factor in choosing a college. Also, am I on track to get in from OOS, or what can I do to improve my chances? Finally, is there an ED/EA program, and could I get in through that?

demographics
*I am an Asian Indian Male
*From a competitive public high school in Oregon, Beaverton High School, which was also rated the best AP school in Oregon, so yeah, its a smart school.
*student body at school = 500+

The Numbers/ECs
*Freshman year:
4.0 with honors in 2 classes for both semesters

*Sophomore Year:
3.8125 overall for both semesters
Bs in AP Chem 1st sem, Precalc 2nd sem, Social Studies 1st sem

*Junior Year (projected)
Human Anat/Phys-A,A
IB Bio HL 1-A,A
Spanish 3-A,A
IB Calculus-B, B
IB Psychology-A,A
Team Sports-A
IB English-B,B (might get 1 "A")
IB Tok 1-B

*I'm not sure if this counts towards legacy, but my dad's cousin's wife was a professor at berkeley, so would that help?
*SAT score: currently on my third practice test I have a 1900 (680 math, 590 Writing, 630 reading). Although I improved by 200 points from my first one, it seems to me that I might be stuck within the 1900-2000 range, which is terrible considering I want to get in OOS. So do I still have a chance considering that I'll probably get around a 1950-2050 at most?
*class rank UW right now = 38/515. Weighted = 30/515 (will go up because not many kids have taken hard classes yet)
*IB Diploma Candidate (to be) (berkeley accepts 50% of IB candidates, just as an FYI)
*Will take AP exams in addition to IB exams, so I could be AP Scholar w/ distinction or just AP scholar as well.
*Varsity tennis 4 years (will have 4)
*Science Team 4 years (will have 4)
*World Quest Trivia 4 years (will have 4)
*Science Club Treasurer (1 year)
*Science Club VP (2 years)
*Math Club VP (2 years)
*Portland Youth Philharmonic (3 years)
*Mathfest Algebra 2 1st place freshman year
*OIMT Participant Fresh Year
*Mathfest Participant sophomore year
*Oregon Museum of Science and Industry Rising Star Program (will have 175-200 hours done)
*Mathcounts Tutor (about 50+ volunteer hours)

Berkeley doesn't have a premed (or predent) program/major officially. If you're interesting in being premed, you still just have a regular major but make sure that you take the classes you'll need in order to apply to med school (not sure what those are, since I'm not premed). A lot of people major in things like molecular cell biology, integrative biology, public health, bioengineering, etc. if they're planning to apply to med school, but you could really do any major.

Also, there's no ED/EA option.

Look, I suggest you complete your junior year before worrying about the whole premed/medical school thing. You have a lot of time before you should be looking into that stuff. Just do well on yout junior year and try to improve that SAT score. You can start looking into this stuff maybe summer before senior year. Take things one step at a time.

try to ace junior year...

if ur SAT stays in the range you mentioned, you should give all u got towards strengthening the application's essay, which has no time limit :).
