thanks a lot. What r u concentration in??? and which area in ILR do u focus on? Im thinking Organizational behavior and concentrating on Urban Planning??? Any sug?

There is no such thing as an official concentration. The only major in ILR is ILR. You can do unofficial concentration in such areas as Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Labor Law, etc. You do this by taking most of your elective classes in these areas. I'm not going for any concentration however.

I read online that you "concentrate" in something outside of ILR.

"ILR students may decide to pursue a formal concentration in fields outside of the ILR school, in programs approved by other colleges or departments.

Note: ILR students do not pursue formal concentrations in ILR coursework. Individuals may elect to pursue a "concentration" informally by taking several courses in a single department or discipline in ILR, but the transcript will not show this as an official concentration."

so not many people do this?
