Any RD acceptances yet?

Since Ithaca has a modified rolling admissions program, has anyone heard anything yet?

Accepted into the school of management, 13k in scholarships. Still waiting on other colleges though.

Congrats, crispy98. When did you apply and when did you hear? My D appied in early November. I know that we had to wait for the ED round to be complete.

My common app was sent in December 21st and i received my acceptance the second week of January. Really fast, i was happy.

Wow. That was very fast. Congrats!

Got my acceptance letter about two weeks ago.

RJ, which school did you apply to? My D applied to the Park School. I did call last week and was told that the more popular majors take longer for decisions. My D applied for cinema and photography.

I didn't get a letter in the mail yet, but myIthaca website said this:

"Nicely done.

Congratulations on your admission to Ithaca College! You've been selected from a competitive pool of applicants because we really believe that you're the right student for Ithaca, and that Ithaca is the right place for you to pursue your hopes and dreams.

Watch our uPeers section for the chance to meet some of your future classmates. And if you haven't done so already, call us to schedule a visit. Again, congratulations and welcome to our community.

I'm in!!

I heard back last week; I got into the Film, Photography, and Visual Arts program, although I'm switching to Cinema for hopefully getting the Park Scholarship. If you applied early enough you'll probably hear soon.

Thecornthecorn, Congrats on your acceptance as well. I'm a little confused by your post. Did you apply to Film, Photography and Visual Arts or did you apply to Cinema and Photography but were offered acceptace in Film? MY D did put down Film as her second choice but really prefers the first so she'll be able to take additional Liberal Arts type courses.

I applied and got into Film, Photography, and Visual Arts, but in order to be eligible for a scholarship I want, I needed to change to Cinema and Photography, which all I needed to do was email someone there.

My D was accepted about two weeks ago. She applied for BA of Theatre and she had her interview on Nov 4. It was the first day for interviews/auditions and took place at IC. Her application had to be complete before interviewing, so she completed the IC application late October. She received 2 scholarships for a total of $13K. She is pretty excited about this possibility. She also applied to USC and has no news from them so far.

I just got accepted today from the online site.:DIt's my first college I got into. No scholarship information in the mail yet though.

ConfusedHSJunior - Congratulations! Scholarships are included in the admission letter sent to your home address not the website. Cross your fingers, is not over yet. Good luck, hope you get $$

Well, I finally did get that scholarship info. Specifically I got a Presidential scholarship of 12k per year.

Does anyone know if the scholarship money included is all Ithaca gives you? Or will they send a financial package soon?

buymmo\ppp

i got my acceptance late december to Parks school and I applied late november so it came really fast... Odan i would assume that they send it seperate because I got 6k/ year and that was in december and my financial aide package wasn't even sent until february, so based on deadlines i would guess they send it seperatly unless they are convientantly ready at the same time lol

I got in a little before X-mas. It came with 13k a year.
But today I got my fin. package... I would only pay 5k a year :)

Ithaca is looking reeeal good right now

when do we get our financial aid packages? i was accepted at the end of january
