Any RDers out there still hanging on...

Hey...are there leftovers from the likely letter explosion still hanging on? No mail for me today (reg mail) again. This is really torture. How many RDers are still out there hoping?

I am still waiting and hoping!

I've got a question, I just received an email from williams about some documents they are missing from my finaid file, and when I called they said it wasn't very urgent, that if I was accepted it could come in after the deadline...

is this a good sign, with next week approaching, or do they make a finaid offer for every applicant??

any thoughts appreciated!!!

btw i'm an international applicant...

you're in...why would they bother asking for info if you've been rejected? Good job!

but it was from the finaid office, isn't that separated from the admission office?

i sure hope you're right though :)

I'm still waiting (impatiently, of course) for my decision.... ::sighs::

flowertj:

Hope you get in. It will be great to have sone from the Netherlands in the class!
One question- Netherlands is sometimes called Holland too right?

are we - internationals - the only leftovers?

let's hope hope hope hope.

i applied RD from new york and i still have not recieved a decisian! Has anyone else thats from within the US not heard yet?

I applied RD from northern NJ and haven't gotten anything : / God this wait seems interminable.

I applied RD and I'm in Illinois....... still haven't heard anything yet. :(

i'm from ny and got deferred ED and still haven't heard anything.. i'm not too hopeful though because 2 kids in my school got in ED

still haven't heard in minnesota...

highschoolsr, that means nothing that two kids from your school got in ed. Two got in at my school, and then another kid was accepted early write...I emailed one of the admissions officers earlier this year, and she said that there is not quota on how many can get in...if you are taking rigorous courses at your school and are performing in the top 5-10% of your class, then they will give you serious consideration.

I haven't heard yet either...but I emailed them and they said regular decision acceptances, as opposed to early writes, are mailed March 29.

I'm from California and I've heard nothing!

i'm in texas and i still haven't heard anything. this is ture torture especially since some of my friends from the multicultural program got early writes and i haven't so far...btw i also got an email and a letter saying they were missing financial aid documents so i think they're just informing people what they are missing.

what about CT?

I'm from California and I haven't heard anything either...this wait is killing me. Ugh.

CA.. no letter, but swarthmore made it!

^ Are you CA-ers seriously considering the UC's (if you applied to them)?

Nope. I didn't apply to any UC's (I'm about the only person I know who didn't). Right now, I'm kind of wishing that I had because all of my friends have heard back from UC's and I still haven't gotten anything from anybody.
