Any recommendations for AP Micro and Macroeconomics Prep Book (For self-studying?)

<p>Hi.</p>

<p>My school does not offer any AP Economics classes, and recommends that if we were ever to get further into the field, we should self-study for either of the two AP Economics exams offered by CollegeBoard. However, I decided to take both, knowing that both tests are relatively easier than other AP Tests.</p>

<p>For anyone that has taken the AP Economics tests, can you recommend some of the best Prep books? How effective is Barrons' book? Or should I really take the AP Tests without a feasible AP Preperation course?</p>

<p>I self studied AP Macroecon... got a 4. Used only the Princeton Review book, no textbook. </p>

<p>It's a challenging test... don't underestimate its difficulty though...</p>
