Has anyone heard from admissions on acceptances for Fall 08 ( regular decision ) My daughter applied in December - got a letter saying they recieved her application - but we're still waiting to hear.

Hmm not yet, I'm still waiting

Same thing for my D. Heard nothing since December.

Still waiting!!

when is the official decision release date?

The official date is April 1. I received an email on March 13th asking me to complete a survey. The message started like this:

The Admissions Office is in the process of reviewing applications and will send out decisions by the end of March.

Waiting, waiting, & still waiting. If D's accepted we want to plan a quick trip up there to visit the school but at this rate we'll be lucky to fit it in. Hurry!!!!!

Anyone receive news yet?

I called admissions and the lady said they were in the process of sending decisions letters, and that everyone should receive something sometime next week. I hope its early next week so i can weigh my schools more carefully.

got acceptance today in the mail! +scholarship
i'm very surprised

Congrats....still waiting

I got my acceptance today along with a scholarship. I'm happy.

S received acceptance letter and scholarship today. :)

what's the average scholarship amount that pratt gives?

My D got the letter Monday - accepted with max merit scholarship. The odd thing was the letter was dated 3/14 but only rec'd 3/31.
I hope all that are waiting will hear soon - its a relief to have heard from all the schools she applied to - now its a different kind of stress !!

Same thing here artmom08. My son was accepted and received a full Presidential Merit-Based Scholarship for his studies in a Bachelor of Fine Arts for Writing. His letter was also dated March 14th; however he didn't receive anything until April 2nd.

Congratulations to all of you that have been accepted and I wish the best to all of you who are waiting for a decision!!

Clocks it depends on if you receive a Presidential Merit-Based Scholarship or Pratt Grant. The amount varies!

Hope to see you all on April 12th!!

good or bad sign if i havent heard yet?
