DD had no problem in her top floor room last year, but this year’s room (down a couple of floors and differently oriented) did not perform well in today’s rain. Just wondering if this is a new problem or if there were previous efforts to fix it.
Old problem. They spent all summer fixing leaks, especially in apartments. The top floor is usually fine because the leaks are in the large concrete pylons (I guess that’s what you would call it?) that divide houses and are at the corners (hence why apartments had so many problems).
Thanks — useful to know!
