Any ridiculous case of ivy friends?

<p>Does anybody have friend that had real low GPA or SAT / or have no EC or awards but still got into ivies?</p>

<p>I know a person with a 3.72 weighted gpa and a 1320 old SAT who got into Cornell. I know someone with a 1870 new SAT and a 3.9 weighted gpa who got into Columbia. Hope this gives you some hope. :(</p>
