Any SAT II?

<p>I was reading something at <a href="http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.universityofcalifornia.edu&lt;/a> and it said that freshman entering in the fall of '06 do not have to take the Writing SAT II andthe math IC will no longer be accepted. I was also reading that the freshman can take ANY sat II they want...But i also though MAth IIC was required? Can anyone help me with this..?</p>

<p>UC's want the new SAT, which will have a writing section. they also require 2 SAT II's of your choice, and so math iic is not required</p>

<p>This is great news....can i take us history and world history...or do they have to be in different areas?</p>

<p>i would say two different areas even if they don't explicitly state that. if you're really good at history, take both but also take another sat ii in another subject area like science or foreign language or math</p>
