Any scholarships for a current college freshman?

<p>I never really had time to search for scholarships in my senior year (<em>hitting my head</em>) so here I am as a college freshman @ a private university thinking about how I am going to pay 80k by the time I graduate. The university was nice enough to pay for 40k out of 120k. </p>

<p>It seems that where ever i search i find the annoying world "senior" </p>

<p>Try asking at your U's FAid department. Also, ask your department/school within the U about merit or need-based aid for continuing students. Some schools award this. Also, look at local scholarships offered by the community were you are from & where your parents work. </p>

<p>$80K is a HUGE amount to borrow for an undergrad education. Can your folks help with any of it?</p>
