Currently interning at AstraZeneca

For being Asian, your SAT Math is pretty low. NYLF isn't too impressive but at least you didn't pay for it like other spoiled wannabee-overachievers.

AstraZeneca is awesome as long as you are doing something productive there that you can take and turn into an essay. Overall you're on the borderline because your GPA is not too spectacular and neither is your SAT considering that you are not an URM. Based on this alone and not your essays, I would say you are a waitlist. But you can only go up from there. Good luck next year!

Thanks for the advice, I hope I can do well on SAT Math IIC

I think thats a good goal to offset that SAT. Can you retake SAT? I am sure u can improve on Writing and Math and superscore with ur CR.

The 1st place at the science fair and working at AstraZeneca sounds really impressive. Your SAT math definitely could go up and your GPA is not ideal. Who knows, your ECs help but grades are kind of weighing you down. Good essay and recommendations might decide it for you.

Thanks, I'm just hoping a good Math IIC score will offset my poor showing on SAT I math.

Emphasize that 2 yrs of indian dance, i heard jhu has a pretty big "bhangra" community :D

Yeah I will do that, do you think I should send in videos of it, or would that be excessive :)?

You should send in anything that you thinks helps you. I sent in my research paper, artwork, and a separate essay.

Don't send it too many extras though: don't send in a billion essays or all your artwork, etc.
