I've decided that UVA is about the perfect place for me.

Beautiful campus, beautiful people, greek life, and good sports.

The only problem is I think it's a huge longshot that I get in.
I'm a smart kid and attend a gifted school (nationally ranked 6th), but I had a pretty bad freshman year but an upward trend since.

Freshman- 3.0 UW, 3.7 W
Sophomore- 3.33 UW 4.1 W
Junior- 3.7 UW 4.35 W

I play Varsity Lacrosse, have lots of community service, and awesome recommendations. My SAT score isn't final yet but around a 1350-1400.

Do I have any shot? What could I do to help my chances!

If that is all you have to offer, then your chances are minuscule.
SAT is good. Upward trend looks great while your GPA is slightly high, but it seems like your GPA is around a 3.4-3.5 UW, which is a little low.
Are you in any clubs? Your EC's are not sufficient with only community service and lacrosse.

The most important factor here is where you live. If you are OOS then your SAT scores should be above 1400. Have you taken/are taking the most difficult course load? Class rank? If you have really set your mind on UVA then you probably have researched and know that OOS students make up about 1/3.

I agree with Blue Jay - the most important factor is where you live - if you are in Virginia, you have a much better shot. If you are out of state, I think your SAT's need to be 1450 + and your GPA in the top 5%. Elimination of early decision at UVA is curious - simply not in the same league as the other schools that have made that decision.
