Any shot for RD at Emory?!

Rigor: Taken/Should Take: 7 AP courses by the end of my senior year
Those Aps are : AP Calc, AP Chem, AP Language and Comp, AP Psychology, AP Euro, AP US, AP Government

Taken 2 AP Exams: AP Euro-4 AP Language-4

In my opinion, you probably have an excellent shot! I would say that there is a strong likelihood that you will be accepted, assuming essays and recommendations commensurate with your stats. Emory likes to see demonstrated interest also.

Since your ACT composite score and your GPA are both within the Emory middle 50% range, and your ECs and rigor seem fine, I guess the best word to use would be: match. Since applicants at every college do a pretty good job of self-selection, one would assume that there is an overabundance of applicants in the middle 50% range. It would be interesting to see what percentage of students who are within the middle 50% range are accepted.
