Im just wondering if there is any sort of place I could go to read about what different Swarthmore graduates are now doing with their careers and how everythign turned out

This table has data on recent (2004-2006) graduates:

This table has information about the career characteristics of alumni:
http://www.swarthmore.edu/Documents/administration/careerservices/alumni_careers.pdf

More in depth articles on what Swarthmore alumni do with their lives appear in the Swarthmore Bulletin:
http://www.swarthmore.edu/bulletin/

If you are a Swarthmore alum or parent of a Swarthmore student, you get the Swarthmore Alumni magazine that is dedicated to each class of Swat. I mean each issue is dedicated to each class. You get lots of detailed information on who is doing what....who died, who contributed to the legacy, who is now becoming a lawyer or a doctor or Assistant Secretary of State to Condi Rice....who wrote a play, who won a Pulitzer .. etc. :)

And if you are not an alumni, you could visit and during your visit ask for one, I suppose. I see some of these magazines lying around in the prospective student waiting area.
